Sequoia Homes is a residential development firm that specializes in building high quality homes throughout Southern Nevada. With a focus on craftsmanship and design, Sequoia Homes blends the highest quality materials with the latest design trends to produce a truly unique product that our buyers are proud to call Home.

Founded in 2020 by Tyler Whitney, Sequoia Homes is dedicated to providing a design-focused product and an intimate home-buying experience. Prior to forming Sequoia Homes, Tyler worked at Richmond American Homes where he closed over $200M in residential land transactions resulting in the subdivision of 2,000 single family lots. Prior to working at Richmond American, Tyler worked in land acquisition at KB Home where he closed over $120M in residential land transactions resulting in the subdivision of 1,200 single family lots.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant in California. Additionally, Tyler holds a Broker Salesperson Real Estate License in Nevada where he has closed over $45M in land transactions.
